2. Delivery of Digital Content
2.1 Upon successful subscription or purchase, you will gain immediate access to the purchased digital content via your KanoonGPT account.
2.2 Delivery methods may include:
- In-app access through your KanoonGPT dashboard.
- Email notifications with relevant download links or access instructions.
3. Delivery Timeframe
3.1 Digital content is available instantly. In rare cases of system delays, access may take up to 10 minutes.
3.2 If you do not receive access within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact support for assistance.
4. Failure of Delivery
4.1 If delivery of digital content fails due to technical issues on our side, we will take reasonable steps to restore access as soon as possible.
4.2 Should we be unable to deliver the purchased content within 24 hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the hardware and software required to access digital content, including a compatible device, internet connection, and supported browser.
