1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations become effective at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the subscription expires.
1.2 We do not support retroactive cancellations for the current billing cycle to ensure all users receive full value from activated subscriptions.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise stated in this policy. We grant full access immediately upon purchase, and as such we do not offer refunds for standard subscriptions.
2.2 In the event of technical failures that prevent access to the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period by contacting support within 7 days of the outage.
2.3 We guarantee that our Services will be available for the duration of your active subscription, unless modified as described in our Terms & Conditions. In cases where KanoonGPT is unable to provide access to the Services for any reason other than scheduled maintenance or force majeure, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the downtime period. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the unavailability event.
3. No Proration for Service Non-Use
3.1 Subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each term. We do not provide prorated credits or partial refunds for periods when you do not use the service, except as outlined above for service unavailability.
4. Free Trial
4.1 If you sign up for a trial period, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. After the trial expires, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid plan and charged the applicable fee.
5. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Services after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
