Imagine a scenario where the Rampur Raza Library, an important cultural institution, is undergoing its annual board reconstitution. As per Section 5 of The Rampur Raza Library Act, 1975:

• The Governor of Uttar Pradesh has just been appointed and automatically assumes the role of Chairman of the Board.
• Shri Syed Murtaza Ali Khan, an influential figure with a vested interest in the library, continues to serve as the Vice-Chairman, a position he holds for life.
• Colonel Bashir Hussain Zaidi, another lifelong member, is recognized for his contributions and remains on the board.
• The newly appointed Accountant-General of Uttar Pradesh joins the board as an ex officio member.
• A relative of the late Nawab Sir Syed Raza Ali Khan Bahadur has been nominated by the Central Government to represent the family's legacy on the board.
• The Central Government is in the process of nominating four individuals with specific expertise in history, library management, and government to bring diverse perspectives to the board.
• Meanwhile, the Collector and District Magistrate of Rampur maintains his position on the board by virtue of his office.
• The State Government is selecting three reputable scholars to add academic rigor to the board's deliberations.
• Finally, the Director of the Library, an essential figure responsible for the day-to-day operations, serves as the Member-Secretary of the board.

All these nominations and appointments are to be formally notified in the Official Gazette by the Central Government, as stipulated by the Act, and they will take effect from the date of such notification.
