Imagine a person named John, who decides to visit his friend Mark, who is incarcerated. John tries to sneak in a smartphone, which is considered a prohibited article under the prison's rules. As John attempts to pass the phone to Mark during the visit, a vigilant prison officer notices and seizes the smartphone. John is subsequently arrested for attempting to introduce a prohibited article into the prison.
