Example 1:

Ravi and his friends decide to play cricket in a vacant plot of land that belongs to Mr. Sharma. Despite Mr. Sharma's repeated requests to leave, Ravi and his friends continue to play, causing damage to the property and disturbing Mr. Sharma. Ravi and his friends have committed criminal trespass by unlawfully remaining on Mr. Sharma's property with the intent to annoy him.

Example 2:

Sunita has a dispute with her neighbor, Mrs. Gupta. One evening, Sunita enters Mrs. Gupta's garden without permission and starts shouting insults at her. Sunita's actions are intended to intimidate and insult Mrs. Gupta. By entering Mrs. Gupta's property with such intent, Sunita has committed criminal trespass.
