Example 1:
Ravi, a con artist, learns that a wealthy businessman named Rajesh has a twin brother named Ramesh who lives abroad and is not well-known in their city. Ravi decides to impersonate Ramesh and approaches Rajesh's business partners, claiming to be Ramesh and stating that he has been given authority to manage Rajesh's financial affairs while Rajesh is away on a business trip. Ravi convinces the business partners to transfer a large sum of money to him. Here, Ravi cheats by personation, as he pretends to be Ramesh to deceive Rajesh's business partners.
Example 2:
Sunita, a job seeker, finds out that a prestigious company is hiring and that the hiring manager, Mr. Sharma, is known to conduct interviews personally. Sunita creates a fake email account using Mr. Sharma's name and sends an email to another job applicant, Priya, informing her that she has been selected for the job and needs to pay a processing fee to secure her position. Priya, believing the email to be genuine, transfers the money to Sunita's account. In this scenario, Sunita cheats by personation by pretending to be Mr. Sharma to deceive Priya.
