Explanation using Example
Example 1:
Ravi, a 25-year-old man, lures a 16-year-old girl named Priya from Mumbai to Nepal with the promise of a better job. Priya's parents, who are her lawful guardians, did not give Ravi permission to take her out of the country. This scenario constitutes "Kidnapping from India" as Ravi took Priya out of India without her guardians' consent.
Example 2:
Sunil, a 30-year-old man, convinces a 14-year-old boy named Rohan to leave his home in Delhi and come live with him in another city. Rohan's parents, who are his lawful guardians, are unaware of his whereabouts and did not give Sunil permission to take Rohan. This scenario constitutes "Kidnapping from lawful guardianship" as Sunil took Rohan away from his lawful guardians without their consent.
