When Ravi insists on issuing a challan (traffic ticket), Rajesh pushes Ravi and tries to snatch the challan book from him. Rajesh can be charged under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Anil can be prosecuted under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vikram can be charged under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code.
