Example 1:

Ravi, a citizen of India, joins a militant group that plans to overthrow the Government of India by violent means. He participates in armed training sessions and helps in planning attacks on government buildings. Ravi's actions constitute waging war against the Government of India. Under Section 121 of the Indian Penal Code, Ravi can be punished with death or imprisonment for life and may also be liable to pay a fine.

Example 2:

Priya, an Indian national, provides financial support and logistical assistance to a terrorist organization that aims to destabilize the Indian government. She helps them procure weapons and supplies, knowing fully well that these resources will be used to wage war against the Government of India. Priya's actions amount to abetting the waging of war against the Government of India. According to Section 121 of the Indian Penal Code, Priya can be punished with death or imprisonment for life and may also be liable to pay a fine.
