Example 1:
Dr. Mehta, a cardiologist, informs Mr. Sharma, his patient, that he has a severe heart condition and needs immediate surgery. Dr. Mehta communicates this in good faith, believing it is in Mr. Sharma's best interest to know the severity of his condition. Mr. Sharma, upon hearing this news, suffers a heart attack due to the shock and passes away. Dr. Mehta has not committed an offence under Section 93 of the Indian Penal Code because his communication was made in good faith for the benefit of Mr. Sharma.
