Explanation using Example

Example 1:

Ravi, a real estate agent, sells a piece of land to Suresh, claiming that he has the legal right to sell it. However, Ravi knows that the land actually belongs to someone else and he has no authority to sell it. Ravi's intention is to deceive Suresh and make a profit from the sale. This act by Ravi is done fraudulently as he intended to defraud Suresh.

Example 2:

Priya, an employee at a bank, manipulates the bank's computer system to transfer money from a customer's account to her own account. She does this with the intention of stealing the money without the customer's knowledge. Priya's actions are fraudulent because she intended to deceive the bank and the customer to gain financial benefit.
