Explanation using Example

Imagine a farmer, Mr. Sharma, who rents a piece of agricultural land in Ajmer under a tenancy agreement. Due to a series of unfortunate events, he is unable to pay the rent for several months. The landowner decides to take legal action and Mr. Sharma is subsequently ejected from the land for non-payment of the rent arrears. According to Section 92 of The Ajmer Tenancy and Land Records Act, 1950, once Mr. Sharma is ejected, all of his outstanding rent and irrigation dues for that land up to the date of his ejection are considered settled. This means that even though he has been removed from the land, Mr. Sharma no longer owes any back rent or irrigation charges for the period before his ejection.
