Summary

The Ajmer Tenancy and Land Records Act, 1950 was enacted to regulate tenancy and land records in the Ajmer region of Rajasthan. The Act applies to all agricultural land in the Ajmer region and sets out provisions for the maintenance of land records, the rights and obligations of tenants and landlords, and the determination of fair rent for tenanted land.
