  4. Language — Odia/language components as notified.
  5. Local laws — Odisha land and local statutes schedule these after the national core is stable.
  6. Interview — After Mains, revise procedure and ethics; see interview guide.

  • Official syllabus and previous papers from Odisha Public Service Commission / High Court pathway
  • Clean Bare Acts (BNS/BNSS/BSA editions for post-2024 papers)
  • One CPC and one Constitution companion only if Bare Act reading stalls
