Explanation using Example
Imagine Rita inherits a house from her aunt, but the will states that Rita must use the house as her primary residence. If Rita does not live in the house, the property must be transferred to a local charity. This condition is valid under Section 32 because the event (Rita living in the house) could legally be a condition for her to receive the property in the first place. If Rita decides to rent the house out instead of living in it, the charity could legally claim the property.
