Section 14 of RCB Act : Section 14: Board Of Governors

(1) A group called the Board of Governors will be in charge of overseeing the Regional Centre.

(2) The Board is the top authority at the Regional Centre and will include these people:

• (a) The Secretary of the Indian Government's Science
