• At the time of booking, Jane should be provided with information such as the sanctioned plans and the stage-wise schedule for project completion.
• ABC Developers are responsible for obtaining the necessary completion and occupancy certificates and must provide essential services until the maintenance is taken over by the residents' association.
• They must also facilitate the formation of an association of allottees within a specified timeframe.
• If Jane decides to cancel her booking, she can only do so as per the terms of the sale agreement, and she has the right to seek relief from the Authority if she feels the cancellation is unjust.
