Explanation using Example
Imagine a student named Rohan who is a member of the National Cadet Corps (NCC). He is supposed to wear the official NCC uniform during the weekly drills. One day, Rohan intentionally wears a non-regulation accessory with his uniform, which is against the rules set out for NCC cadets. As a result, his commanding officer imposes a fine on him for this rule violation. Under Section 11 of The National Cadet Corps Act, 1948, the fine for such a contravention could be up to fifty rupees. The procedure for recovering this fine would be determined by the prescribed authority as per the rules made under the Act.
