Explanation using Example

Imagine a situation where a bus is involved in a traffic violation for speeding. A police officer stops the bus and asks the owner, who happens to be on the bus at the time, to provide details about the bus driver. According to Section 133 of The Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the owner of the bus is legally required to give the police officer all the information he has about the driver, including the driver's name, address, and driver's license details. If the owner doesn't have this information on hand, he must use reasonable efforts to obtain it and comply with the police officer's request.
