83. The Central Government may give directions to any State Government as to the carrying into execution in the State of any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule, regulation or order made thereunder.
Simplified Act
The Central Government (India's national government) has the authority to instruct any State Government on how to implement the provisions (rules and regulations) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, as well as any rules, regulations, or orders that have been established under this Act.
