Explanation using Example

Imagine a small town where a group of six individuals plan to rob a local bank. They divide the roles among themselves: two enter the bank to intimidate the staff and customers, two are outside as lookouts, and two are in a getaway vehicle ready to drive off. Despite their plan, they are caught by the police during the attempt. According to Section 391 of The Indian Penal Code, all six individuals would be charged with "dacoity" because they were more than five people working together to commit the robbery.
