Explanation using Example

Imagine a scenario where Person A encourages Person B to set fire to an empty warehouse, intending only to claim insurance money. However, Person B, with the knowledge that a security guard is inside, still sets the fire, intending to harm the guard. Under Section 110 of The Indian Penal Code, Person A would be charged as if the act was done with the intention of just claiming insurance money, not intending to harm the security guard, since Person A's abetment was with a different intention than that of Person B's action.
