Explanation using Example

Example 1:

Ravi agrees to sell to Sita "my house in Delhi near the Red Fort occupied by tenant Ram". Ravi owns a house in Delhi near the Red Fort, but it is not occupied by tenant Ram. He also owns another house in Delhi occupied by tenant Ram, but it is not near the Red Fort. Evidence can be provided to determine which house Ravi intended to sell to Sita.

Example 2:

Meera agrees to lease to Raj "my shop in Mumbai on MG Road rented by tenant Shyam". Meera has a shop on MG Road in Mumbai, but it is not rented by tenant Shyam. She also has another shop in Mumbai rented by tenant Shyam, but it is not on MG Road. Evidence can be introduced to clarify which shop Meera meant to lease to Raj.
