Explanation using Example
Imagine you've hired a contractor to paint your house, and you've agreed to pay them after the job is done. According to Section 51 of The Indian Contract Act, 1872, the painter does not have to start painting until you've shown that you're ready to pay upon completion. Similarly, you're not obligated to pay until the painter is ready to start the job.
