Explanation using Example

Example 1:

Ravi is accused of petty theft for stealing a bicycle. During his trial in a Magistrate's court, Ravi admits to the crime and pleads guilty. The Magistrate asks Ravi to confirm his plea and records Ravi's exact words, "Yes, I stole the bicycle." Based on this recorded plea, the Magistrate decides to convict Ravi without proceeding to a full trial.

Example 2:

Meena is charged with causing a public nuisance by playing loud music late at night. When she appears before the Magistrate, she acknowledges her mistake and pleads guilty, saying, "I played loud music and disturbed my neighbors." The Magistrate records Meena's statement as it is and, using his discretion, convicts her based on her admission of guilt.
