Explanation using Example

Example 1:

Ravi is a police officer in Mumbai. He receives a warrant of arrest for a person named Suresh, who is suspected of theft. Ravi goes to Suresh's house to execute the warrant. Upon reaching, Ravi informs Suresh that he is being arrested for theft and explains the main points of the warrant. Suresh asks to see the warrant, and Ravi shows it to him. Suresh is then taken into custody.

Example 2:

Priya, a police officer in Delhi, is tasked with arresting Anil, who is accused of fraud. Priya finds Anil at his workplace. Before arresting him, Priya tells Anil that she has a warrant for his arrest on charges of fraud. Anil demands to see the warrant. Priya shows him the document, which outlines the charges and the authority under which the arrest is being made. Anil is then arrested and taken to the police station.
