Explanation using Example

Example 1:

Rajesh, a police officer in Mumbai, receives a warrant to arrest a suspect named Vikram. However, Rajesh is currently occupied with another urgent case. He endorses the warrant to his colleague, Inspector Meena, who is also a police officer in Mumbai. Meena, upon receiving the endorsement, proceeds to execute the warrant and arrests Vikram.

Example 2:

Inspector Sharma in Delhi receives a warrant to arrest a suspect named Anil. Inspector Sharma is scheduled to go on leave the next day. To ensure the warrant is executed promptly, he endorses the warrant to Sub-Inspector Ravi, another police officer in the same station. Sub-Inspector Ravi then carries out the arrest of Anil as per the warrant.
