Example 1:

Rajesh is accused of theft and the police need to arrest him. The magistrate issues a warrant of arrest for Rajesh. The warrant is a written document, signed by the magistrate, and bears the official seal of the court. The police receive this warrant and proceed to arrest Rajesh. The warrant remains valid until Rajesh is either arrested or the court decides to cancel the warrant.
