Explanation using Example

Imagine a scenario where a group of more than five people gather in a public park and start playing loud music, disrupting the peace in the neighborhood. An Executive Magistrate, upon noticing this, may approach the group and order them to disperse and stop the disturbance under Section 129(1) of The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. If the group ignores the command and continues with their disruptive behavior, the Magistrate has the authority to disperse the group by force under Section 129(2), and may even seek help from bystanders if necessary to restore peace.
