Example 1:

Ravi, a poor farmer from a small village in Maharashtra, files a lawsuit against a large corporation for illegally seizing his land. Ravi does not have the financial means to pay the court fees, so he applies to sue as an indigent person under Order XXXIII of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The court permits him to proceed without paying the court fees upfront.
