Example 1:

Rajesh files a lawsuit against his former business partner, Suresh, claiming that Suresh owes him Rs. 10 lakhs from their dissolved partnership. Suresh denies the claim, stating that he has already settled all dues. The Court, after reviewing the initial evidence, believes that Rajesh's claim might have some merit but is not very strong. Therefore, the Court issues a conditional order under Rule 7.
