Ravi owns a house in Hindupur, and his neighbor, Suresh, starts demolishing Ravi's house, claiming it encroaches on his land. Ravi files a suit in the civil court and requests a temporary injunction to stop Suresh from demolishing the house until the court can hear the full case.
