Case: Property Dispute
Scenario: Ravi and Suresh are in a legal dispute over a piece of ancestral property. Ravi claims that he is the rightful owner of the property because his father, Mr. Sharma, was the sole heir. Suresh, on the other hand, disputes this claim.
Notice to Admit Facts: Ravi's lawyer sends a notice to Suresh's lawyer requiring the admission of the following facts:
- That Mr. Sharma died on the 15th March, 2010.
- That Mr. Sharma died intestate (without a will).
- That Ravi is the only lawful son of Mr. Sharma.
- That Mr. Sharma's wife predeceased him on the 10th January, 2005.
- That Mr. Sharma had no other children.
