Application of the Act: To: Inspector Ramesh Singh, Delhi Police
Whereas Rajesh Kumar was on the 15th day of March, 2023, convicted before me of the offence of selling counterfeit goods, and sentenced to pay a fine of rupees 50,000; and whereas the said Rajesh Kumar, although required to pay the said fine, has not paid the same or any part thereof;
This is to authorise and require you to attach any movable property belonging to the said Rajesh Kumar, which may be found within the district of Delhi; and, if within 7 days next after such attachment the said sum shall not be paid, to sell the movable property attached, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy the said fine, returning this warrant, with an endorsement certifying what you have done under it, immediately upon its execution.

Whereas Priya Sharma was on the 10th day of January, 2023, convicted before me of the offence of public nuisance, and sentenced to pay a fine of rupees 10,000; and whereas the said Priya Sharma, although required to pay the said fine, has not paid the same or any part thereof;
This is to authorise and require you to attach any movable property belonging to the said Priya Sharma, which may be found within the district of Mumbai; and, if within 3 days next after such attachment the said sum shall not be paid, to sell the movable property attached, or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy the said fine, returning this warrant, with an endorsement certifying what you have done under it, immediately upon its execution.
