Applicable Section: Section 59(a) - A public servant concealing a design to commit an offence which it is his duty to prevent, if the offence be committed.

Explanation: Priya, being a public servant, had a duty to prevent the murder. Since she concealed the plan and the murder was committed, she will face imprisonment extending to one...
