Example 1:
Rajesh, a 25-year-old man, was sentenced to 5 years in prison for theft. After serving 2 years, Rajesh's behavior in prison was exemplary, and he actively participated in rehabilitation programs. His family submitted a petition to the State Government requesting a remission of his sentence.
