The Magistrate, after considering the information received, deems it necessary to require Priya to show cause why she should not be bound to good behavior. The Magistrate issues a written order detailing the substance of the accusations, the amount of the bond Priya must execute (₹20,000), the term for which it will be in force (six months), and the requirement for one surety who is a respected member of the business community.
