Explanation using Example
Imagine that prior to the appointed day, a company was registered in the Adoni taluk when it was part of the Bellary district in the State of Madras. After the enactment of The Andhra State Act, 1953, on the appointed day, Adoni taluk became part of the newly formed State of Andhra and was included in Kurnool district. As a result, the company, which was originally registered in the State of Madras, now finds itself in the State of Andhra without having moved its physical location. The company must now adhere to the administrative changes and may need to update its official address and registration details to reflect that it is now located in Kurnool district, State of Andhra, rather than Bellary district, State of Madras.
