WHEREAS, it is expedient to amend the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 2014 and the Maharashtra COEP Technological University Act, 2022, for the purposes hereinafter appearing ; it is hereby enacted in the Seventy-fourth Year of the Republic of India, as follows :—
