Let's consider a hypothetical scenario to illustrate the application of some of the definitions provided in Section 2 of The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016:

Raj is looking to buy a new apartment in a developing area. He comes across an advertisement in the newspaper by ABC Developers promoting their new project, "Sky High Towers," which offers luxurious apartments with modern amenities. Intrigued by the advertisement, Raj decides to visit the project site.
