The Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938

The Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938 was enacted to regulate the conduct of manoeuvres, field firing and artillery practices in India. The Act provides for the appointment of competent officers to supervise and control such practices, and also specifies the safety measures to be taken during these practices. The Act imposes penalties for contravention of its provisions, and also provides for the seizure of property used in contravention of the Act.
