Explanation using Example

Imagine a situation where an individual was charged under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, prior to the amendment made in 1986. If that individual had been a first-time offender and shown signs of remorse and good behavior during the trial, the court might have considered releasing them on probation based on good conduct, as per the provisions of Section 10 before it was omitted. However, since this section was omitted by the 1986 amendment, such a provision no longer exists, and the court would not be able to apply this section in any cases after the amendment came into effect on January 26, 1987.
