The Calcutta High Court (Jurisdictional Limits) Act, 1919

The Calcutta High Court (Jurisdictional Limits) Act, 1919 is a law that was enacted to define the jurisdictional limits of the Calcutta High Court. According to the Act, the Calcutta High Court has jurisdiction over the territories of West Bengal, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and the state of Odisha. The Act also defines the areas of jurisdiction of the District Courts in these territories.
